Dr. De Vooght is a graduate of the Catholic University of Louvain. He further developed his experience after completing a post-graduate training at the Cliniques Universitaires Saint-Luc in Brussels and at the University Hospital of Bern in Switzerland. He then obtained his European Recognition Diploma (EBOPRAS). In addition, he completed his curriculum with a 6-month fellowship in facial and craniofacial surgery with Dr. Daniel Marchac in Paris.

The overall result is usually immediately visible. However, in some cases (the type of procedure, healing time of the individual), it may be necessary to wait a few weeks or even months to appreciate the final result. Any minor ‘corrections’ or ‘alterations’ can also be carried out at this time.

The Pico laser is the laser of choice for a tattoo removal. The advantage is the combination of a very short pulse duration (picosecond) which avoids thermal damage of the skin together with an optimal wavelength (1064nm / 532nm) allowing selective energy absorption by the pigment. This results in pigment disintegration.
